“For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory,
to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,

{Ephesians 3:14-16 NKJV}

What you are about to read, is a song that GOD gave me, many, many years ago. This song has been running through my head lately.

It was when I was living in Northern Illinois…I was driving to work one winter’s morning…snow was covering the empty fields that lined the road I traveled. The sun was reflecting off the rolling mounds of snow, sparkling like diamonds…and these words just came…

One day, as I was sitting at my window
My heart was heavy, full of sadness and despair.
I said, “Dear LORD, the world is rich, and I have nothing.”
HE said, “My Child, the wealth you have…can’t be compared.”

I gave you golden rays of sunlight
The silver stands, in Gran’ma’s hair
Pearls of rain, fall down around you
on emerald grass…what can compare?

Amazing grace, has set me free
I once was blind, but now I see……
HE gave me riches,
I’ve got diamonds in the snow….

Then on that day, as I was sitting at my window
I said, “Dear LORD, forgive this poor, and wand’ring child”
The crystal seas, YOU gave to me, a silky breeze…
YOUR SON YOU sent…a priceless gift on Calvary…

Now I have golden rays of sunlight
The silver strands, in Gran’ma’s hair
Pearls of rain, fall down around me
on emerald grass, what can compare?

Amazing grace, has set me free
I once was blind…but now I see…
HE gave me riches…
I’ve got diamonds in the snow………..

“…that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith;
that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
may be able to comprehend with all the saints
what is the width and length and depth and height
to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge;
that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly
above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations,
forever and ever. Amen.”

{Ephesians 3:17-21 NKJV}

I pray that you will see the abundant gifts that HE’s given you, today. There is always a reason to praise HIM.

Gaining strength though our fellowship…

“That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.”

{1 John 1:3 KJV}
