“I pray that from HIS glorious, unlimited resources HE will empower you with inner strength through HIS Spirit.”

“Then Christ will make HIS home in your hearts as you trust in HIM. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.”

“And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep HIS love is.”

“May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.”

{Ephesians 3:16-19 NLT}

I sat and read and reread and reread and…these verses this morning. They are simply beautiful, don’t you think? My fellowship friend and I have had several discussions about how today’s world puts so much emphasis on having possessions…things…stuff. And how those things are supposed to bring happiness.

But they don’t. Things don’t fill that space inside that is longing to be satisfied.

Read the verses again… 🙂

When we allow GOD to BE in us, let HIS Spirit guide us, know and understand HIS thoughts and seek HIS face, then we will have the strength to deal with the things that the world throws at us…then we can be satisfied…complete.

My dear friends, CHRIST wants to dwell in your hearts. HE wants you to have strength. HIS strength is far greater than we could ever have on our own. HE wants you to know HIS love.

No person, place, or thing of this world will ever satisfy the needs of your inner being. Only by knowing HIM and letting HIM be in you…consume you…Love you…only then will you be complete.

Gaining strength though our fellowship.

“That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.” {1 John 1:3 KJV}
